We had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond by holding our luggage for free while we were out on a trip and helping us plan our day trips. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the rooms were comfortable, big, and clean. The breakfast was just right, with a good variety of options. Furthermore, the location outside of the city center provided breathtaking views of this city.
Nothing for us.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was mostly continental and lacked any eggs or other hot dishes. It would have been nice to have a wider variety of options.

Spent New Year’s at a charming hotel with great views and friendly staff. Location was perfect, only a few blocks away from the main square and walking distance to many sights in the city. The South American style decor was a lovely touch, and the comfortable rooms had everything we needed. Bonus points for the delicious breakfast and the affordable price, making our stay a great value.
The noise level, as it was situated next to a school yard. Kids playing sports could get a bit loud at times, but it didn't bother us too much since we spent most of our time sightseeing anyway.
